Almost a year!!!!! Wow!!!

Hi guys,

It has been so long since I last posted, but I have to be honest and say that I am such a non-smoker now, that posting about quitting never even entered my mind. I never in my wildest dreams ever thought that I could get to this point. Praise God!

I survived my first long trip back home as a non-smoker and it didn't bother me one bit. Most of our relatives smoke, but being around it didn't make me want to at all. I can honestly say that the desire to smoke has finally left me for good. :O) (however, I did manage to eat a whole box of whoppers on the long trip that I blame on not smoking. lol )

I still get an urge now and then and sometimes they are strong ones, but before I can let them bother me, they're gone! Even during an urge the thought of smoking doesn't appeal to me what-so-ever.

I thank all of you who have supported me during this journey because that was a big part of my success. August 14 will be one year! Woo Hoo!!!!!
